Job Description
Attend, inspect, report, and deliver on contracted operational work and emergency call outs as required, including active participation in the emergency call out rota.
Manage resources efficiently to meet profit and productivity targets, and inform the hire desk of equipment being utilized.
Prepare all relevant paperwork, including on-site documents, to the pre-agreed company standard.
Liaise with the Service Centre to keep them informed of the status of ongoing projects.
Maintain close communication with the Supervisor, other technicians, and Management as needed.
Assist Supervisors with the ongoing training of Operational personnel.
Ensure understanding and full implementation of Quality, Management, and Health & Safety procedures.
Advise insured parties on the operation and safety of all plant and equipment, including providing safety data sheets when necessary.
Provide flexible resourcing to support other Technicians or operate as a site-based technician for both commercial and residential claims.
