D365 BC Support Roles: Team Lead, 2nd and 3rd Line - £40-65k
Pearson Carter are currently recruiting for multiple D365 BC Support roles within one of the most forward thinking and digitally innovative solutions partners in the UK. Roles and Responsibilities
* BC Support Team Lead - This role provides an opportunity to mentor and manage a team of motivated Support Consultants. A successful candidate will be an experienced Support Person with leadership experience (formal or informal).
* 3rd Line BC Support Consultant - This role will be the highest point of escalation for complex and high impact BC issues. A successful candidate will be calm and knowledgeable, with strong experience in BC and AL.
* 2nd Line BC &; LS Retail Support Consultant - The 2nd Line Consultant provides advanced support for BC and LS Central, handling escalated issues from 1st line support and ensuring timely resolution. You will need strong LS retail experience and excellent problem solving skills.
Salary
Team Lead - Upto £65k
3rd Line - Upto £50k
2nd Line - Upto £45k
Location
This role is fully remote. With annual travel to company events and meet-ups.
