What you’ll be doing
As an Independent End-Point Assessor (IEPA) within Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Engineering, you will assess apprentices’ competence against the relevant Apprenticeship Standard in line with End-Point Assessment policies and procedures.
Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting face-to-face End-Point Assessments across London, the South East and South West
*
Assessing and documenting apprentice competence against the apprenticeship standard
*
Ensuring assessments are delivered fairly, consistently, and in line with quality assurance requirements
*
Providing professional advice and support to End-Point Assessment teams
*
Maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge and completing required CPD
Following successful application and vetting, you will attend a dedicated IEPA training session before undertaking assessments.
What we’re looking for
To be considered for this role, you must:

Hold a recognised Assessor qualification
*
Be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 within the RACHP discipline
*
Be currently working within the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heat Pump industry
*
Have in-depth knowledge and practical understanding of the RACHP sector
*
Meet the full criteria outlined in the Apprenticeship Standard person specification
*
Be able to provide a detailed CPD log demonstrating continued occupational competence
