We are seeking a motivated and results driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our small but dynamic team here in Hull.
Our ideal candidate will play a crucial role in researching, identifying and qualifying potential business leads within the Health & Safety Tech Sector.
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with prospects proficiently and effectively. We're looking for someone who is very organised and loves researching what people do and where they work.
You must have good English Skills and enjoy writing compelling scripts that will engage with our potential customer on a relevant level.
Responsibilities
* Conduct research within a given market to identify and qualify potential B2B sales opportunities and their companies achievements.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential prospects in CRM software.
* Collaborate with the Directors to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation processes.
* Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
* Assist in building marketing products to help in the initial contact with a new customer.
* Keep our Social Media updated on a regular basis.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in a telemarketing environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
