We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join a busy sales team within a thriving manufacturing business. You'll work closely with the Sales Coordinator and report directly to the Head of Sales, an ambitious leader who values consistency, intelligence, and professionalism.
Job duties:
* Order processing for global B2B clients
* Support existing client relationships and onboard new ones
* Follow up on leads and overdue invoices via email & telephone
* Managing and updating the company’s website
* Maintaining all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram etc
* Contribute to upselling and account development – potential path towards sales
Essential requirements:
* B2B experience (in any industry)
* Account Management or Customer Management experience
* Proficient in social media/marketing platforms
* Career driven and self motivated
