The Role
You will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time, supporting delivery performance and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing sales orders and quotations on a daily basis
2. Acting as a first point of contact for customers (phone and email)
3. Liaising with customers regarding schedules, deliveries and queries
4. Updating and maintaining customer data within the MRP system (Winman)
5. Supporting weekly MRP runs with accurate schedule information
6. Coordinating import/export transport and shipping documentation
7. Producing reports and maintaining accurate sales documentation
8. Working closely with Production and Dispatch to ensure on-time delivery
9. Supporting quality procedures in line with ISO/TS standards
Requirements:
10. Experience in a similar Sales Administrator, Logistics Administrator or Customer Service role (ideally within manufacturing)
11. Strong IT skills (experience with MRP/ERP systems advantageous)
12. Excellent attention to detail
13. Strong communication skills - confident dealing with customers and internal teams
14. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
