Construction Document Controller
Location: London (On-Site)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction contractor who is seeking an experienced Construction Document Controller to join their project team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Document Controller with strong Procore experience to work on a high-profile construction project within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing and controlling all project documentation using Procore
*
Ensuring documents are issued, tracked, reviewed, and stored in line with project procedures
*
Maintaining accurate document registers and audit trails
*
Supporting project teams with document control queries and system guidance
*
Liaising with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely document flow
*
Ensuring compliance with company and project document control standards
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry
*
Essential: Strong working knowledge of Procore
*
Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills
*
Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
*
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced project environment
