The Best Connection are searching for a Parts Sales Advisor on behalf of our client our in Cannock.
We are looking for an outgoing Sales Advisor with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, who will contribute towards a busy sales environment to assist with customers parts queries and orders.
Duties:
1. Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude.
3. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries and taking orders.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Organize and manage inventory of parts to ensure availability and accuracy.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
Experience:
8. Previous experience in a parts advisor or automotive industry role preferred.
9. Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and customer orders.
10. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.
11. Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Excel, for data entry and inventory management.
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability
