Indirect Buyer – Indirects – Grimsby/Hybrid – Competitive Salary
Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be supporting a well-established, global manufacturer who is looking to recruit an Indirect Buyer to join their procurement team.
As the Indirect Buyer, you’ll play a key role in managing the procurement of indirect goods and services across the UK sites.

The Role
* Own and manage the procurement cycle for assigned indirect spend categories, from vendor sourcing through to contract execution
* Work closely with site teams and regional category managers to deliver requirements on time, within budget, and to specification
* Lead supplier negotiations to secure the best commercial terms, and manage ongoing supplier relationships and performance
* Handle transactional procurement through SAP and Ariba, keeping PR-to-PO flow and invoice resolution running smoothly
* Identify savings opportunities through benchmarking and close collaboration with local and regional procurement teams
* Embed SHE compliance and sustainability principles into all procurement activity
The Person
* Previous experience working within an industrial environment
* Strong background in CAPEX or MRO procurement (essential)
* Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Analytical mindset with a drive to deliver best value
* Familiarity with SAP and Ariba (desirable)
