Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Out of Home (OOH) team here at Nestlé Professional on a 12 month fixed-term contract asAccount Manager on the Bidfood team to drive the growth of our Beverage business with Bidfood and across their customer base of national, regional and independent accounts. This role will also provide a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the Business Account Manager for Bidfood.
This is a high-profile role, where you will be tasked with driving and accelerating our fantastic Beverage portfolio key Foodservice sectors.

A day in the life of an Account Manager ….
As Account Manager, you will have direct responsibility for delivering the Wholesale strategy in Bidfood (focused on coffee), collaborating with the Route To Market (RTM) Field Sales, and Beverage & Food CBUs and driving its execution in target customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Deliver on key business objectives and grow sales across Bidfood’s sales channels, aligned with the Wholesale strategy.
* Develop Joint Business and Execution Plans with the customer sales teams
* Drive penetration and other business development initiatives based on Bidfood strategy, strategic priorities and local market characteristics on the beverage portfolio.
* Work with the Nestle Professional Activation team to deliver added value to the customer execution and develop strong activation (including digital) and customer plan
* Monitor and analyse performance and growth by key customer, develop corrective / accelerating actions in order to achieve business objectives
* Support Foodservice category strategy development and execution
* Work closely with Field Sales team to ensure execution of Bidfood strategy within RTM, provide required support to RTM Field Sales teams to drive growth in priority channels delivered through RTM.
What will make you successful
To be successful, you’ll already have some fantastic sales experience under your belt, and will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment.
You will also have the following skills & experience:
* A proven track record of Sales in the FMCG/Foodservice Industry
* Experience working with Bidfood or OOH wholesalers sales teams would be advantageous as we are looking a candidate who will make an immediate impact
* Successfully deliver on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
* Established Customer Key Account management skills focused on collaboratively driving Joint Business plans aligned at a top to top level between the Customer and Nestlé Professional
* The ability to analyse data, "join the dots" - build insights based on analysis and develop plans to address new opportunities
* Understanding of the link between Supply, Category, Finance and Sales
* The ability to motivate and collaborate with cross functional teams
* Influencing & networking across a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including senior level
