REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
The Opportunity and Future Growth
* You are joining a market:leading business processing over 26,000 tonnes of steel annually. Moving past a traditional supplier model, the business has grown rapidly from a EUR15m turnover to an aggregate group size nearing GBP85 million.

* Move away from commodity price wars. They manufacture advanced, BIM Level 2 integrated structural solutions using robotics.
* Their flagship technology directly solves the industrys biggest challenges, allowing Tier 1 contractors to build foundation structures 75 faster with 80 less on:site labor.
* Complete freedom to strategically manage, own, and scale the massive Northern territory (North West, North East, and Yorkshire) as your own business unit.
Key Responsibilities
* Secure high:value project wins with Tier 1 main contractors, concrete frame sub:contractors, and civil engineering firms across the North.
* Pitch total:cost:of:ownership and ROI to project directors rather than selling steel by the tonne.
* Lead the regional sales cycle from initial project tracking and tender negotiation to final commercial close.
* Coordinate directly with internal 3D/BIM design engineering teams and the regional team to ensure seamless project delivery.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven track record in technical field sales or specification sales within heavy construction materials (e.g., rebar, precast concrete, or structural steel).
* Active, established network of main contractors, civil engineers, and frame sub:contractors across the North of England.
* Ability to read structural engineering drawings, interpret bills of quantities (BOQ), and conduct high:level commercial negotiations.
* Full UK driving licence with a willingness to travel extensively across the region.
