THE ROLE:
We’re searching for Paid Social enthusiast with a passion for planning, delivering, and optimising high-performing, results-led paid social campaigns for clients of all shapes and sizes! You’ll play a vital role within the existing paid media team and use your expertise to shape strategies and deliver measurable impact across a wide range of projects or ongoing retainers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Create, develop, and implement Paid Social campaigns across various social platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X; working with varying monthly budgets.
* Manage paid social campaigns; track & analyse data (including Google Analytics website analysis) to optimise campaign performance.
* Collaborate on creative direction to ensure cohesive messaging across client campaigns and channels.
* Craft impactful social media content, supported by input from the content team.
* Produce performance reports (Excel/Google sheets) and deliver monthly presentations to clients (PowerPoint/Looker Studio).
* Proactively manage and optimise clients’ ever evolving social strategies, budgets, and channel mixes to meet & surpass their expectations.
* Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
* Support new business activity with social media proposals.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective clients by liaising directly to communicate successes, strategies, and deliverables effectively.
* Provide expertise, training and guidance to overall performance team and across the business.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Solid experience in a Paid Social Executive/Specialist/Manager or similar.
* Experience of the technical side of paid social is essential.
* Broad experience managing campaigns across paid social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and X, TikTok.
* Experience successfully managing budgets/spend for marketing campaigns.
* Previous experience working with B2B, B2C, lead generation, e-commerce clients would be ideal.
* Strong understanding of audience segmentation, leveraging analytics, optimisation tools & platforms to drive results.
* Self-motivated with strong multitasking and project management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Desirable: Google Ads and Microsoft Ads PPC campaign management to complement Paid Social strategies.
* Desirable: Experienced in leveraging creative tools such as Canva to create or mock-up campaign materials.
