No split shifts! We are on the lookout for a passionate Chef de Partie to elevate our food production at the RSC. In this role, you'll prepare top-notch produce and manage the garnish, larder, hot, or pastry sections. Working closely with our Executive Head Chef and a talented team, you'll ensure that every dish served meets our high standards of quality. We take pride in crafting all our food from scratch and collaborating with fantastic local suppliers.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie, you will:
* Collaborate with the team to create and enhance our food offerings across all catering areas.
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes using specified ingredients and standards.
* Assist Senior Chefs in developing new dishes and menus, including menu changes and food tastings.
* Monitor portion control and minimize wastage to maintain profit margins.
* Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and legislative regulations.
What We’re Looking For
We seek candidates who have:
* Previous experience in food preparation and leading a section during service.
* At least Level 2 Food Hygiene training (training can be provided).
* The ability to follow instructions precisely and consistently.
* A self-motivated, proactive approach with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* A solid understanding of HACCP and Health and Safety legislation.
* Food Safety and Health and Safety qualifications.
