Academics are looking to appoint a KS1 Phase Leader on behalf of a progressive and inclusive 2-form entry primary school. This Grays based primary school is seeking a strong, passionate and driven Teacher to join their warm and welcoming KS1 team from September 2026 on a permanent contract.
Responsibilities
As the KS1 Phase Leader, you will be responsible for leading the KS1 team and monitoring student achievement across the KS1 Phase. It will also be your responsibility to implement effective and appropriate behaviour management strategies and work alongside the senior management team.
Person Specification
* Evidence of 'Good to Outstanding' teaching practice
* UK QTS is a must
* Experience in delivering the UK national curriculum is essential
* Strong academic background
* Effective team-player
* Hardworking, committed & passionate
As an experienced, motivated, KS1 Phase Leader, you'll be tasked with planning and developing lessons designed to increase creativity and engagement, whilst also working with and leading your teaching team.
