Our client, a leading financial services organisation based in Glasgow, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team and play a key role in shaping the delivery of complex, high-impact programmes.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, managing projects that are critical to the business and its customers. With a strong focus on customer service and digital solutions, you’ll collaborate across in-house and third-party IT capabilities to deliver change that makes a tangible difference.

What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager and/or Senior Project Manager in financial services, ideally with exposure to pensions, ISAs, and investment products.
* Proven track record delivering customer-facing digital solutions through in-house and third-party technology.
* Skilled in both waterfall and agile methodologies, with a pragmatic “best approach” mindset.
* Recognised leadership ability: able to influence, motivate and develop teams across IT and business functions.
* Outstanding collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and build trusted relationships.
* Strong communication skills, able to translate complex technical updates into clear action plans for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to propose solutions, assess risks, and prioritise effectively.
* Proficiency in MS applications (SharePoint, Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio); JIRA experience would be a plus.
