We're looking for a technically sharp and hands-on graduate to join a collaborative development team working on safety-critical electronics and communication technology. This is a full lifecycle role - ideal for someone who enjoys both firmware development and getting their hands on real hardware.\n\nYou’ll be part of a small, trusted team responsible for building embedded platforms used in high-reliability environments across the globe.\n\nIn This Role, You’ll Be:\n\n * Writing embedded software in C for microcontroller platforms (e.g. STM32, ESP32, Raspberry Pi CM)\n\n * Prototyping circuits and using lab tools like oscilloscopes and logic analysers\n\n * Building test automation tools in Python or C#\n\n * Iterating designs based on user feedback and real-world conditions\n\n * Collaborating with engineers across software, hardware, and manufacturing\n\n * Contributing ideas to improve safety, reliability, and usability in the final product\n\nWe’re Looking For:\n\n * Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field\n\n * Practical experience with embedded systems and board-level design\n\n * Confidence using tools like KiCad, or similar CAD environments\n\n * Solid grasp of digital hardware concepts and debugging techniques\n\n * An interest in both software and hardware development\n\n * Someone comfortable taking responsibility and seeing tasks through\n\nWhy This Role?\n\n * Real ownership of engineering work\n\n * Structured path to Chartered Engineer status\n\n * Flexible hybrid schedule – typically 3 days in-office\n\n * A purpose-led team building meaningful tech\n\n * Exposure to global engineering and product operations\n\nFor more information on this role, apply now for immediate consideration
