The role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of marketing activity across all channels. This is a varied, hands‑on role that will work across exhibitions, campaigns, social media, events, website management and wider brand activity.
The successful candidate will be comfortable juggling multiple projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and contributing ideas as well as execution.
With support from the Marketing Manager, you will:
* Assist with content creation for emails, brochures, presentations, blogs and case studies
* Support logistics, including stand materials, collateral, schedules and post‑event follow‑up
* Support updates to the company website (content uploads, basic page edits, blogs, landing pages)
* Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists and CRM systems
* Support marketing administration tasks, including databases, mailing lists and CRM updates
* Support email marketing activity and campaign tracking
The package

To be successful, you will…
* Be degree educated in Marketing, Communications or a related subject
* Have a broad understanding of marketing channels (digital, events, campaigns, content)
* Be confident with Office 365 & Google Analytics
* Be comfortable working in a dog‑friendly office, with two dogs regularly in the workplace
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills
* Be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Ideal, but not essential…
* Experience with social media management tools
* Basic CMS experience (e.g. WordPress or similar)
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
* Experience supporting events or exhibitions
