Sous Chef
Bank House, a thriving restaurant and bar destination in Chislehurst, is looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped kitchen developed by industry-renowned chef Stuart Gillies. We focus on seasonal, artisan produce and steaks sourced from some of the best suppliers across South East London.
As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting our Head Chef and leading a skilled, motivated brigade. We pride ourselves on a professional, collaborative, and family-run working environment where personal and professional growth is encouraged.

The Role:
● Preparing and cooking of fresh produce as well as execution of high quality dishes daily.
● Supporting the running of the kitchen, menu planning and generally deputising in the absence of head chef.
● Quality control
● Ordering fresh produce
● Cost control + waste control
● Rota planning
● Team management
Requirements:
● 5 years experience in the kitchen
● Local to South East London/Kent
● Experience within a fast-paced environment
