About The Role

As a College Services Assistant at EKC Ashford College, you will provide effective and efficient administration as part of the College Support Services team.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with the processing of enrolments, applications, exams, and enquiries on the corporate data systems. You will also help operate the Service Help Desk, review logged jobs, contact support services, and coordinate pool vehicle bookings.

About You

We are seeking to appoint a College Services Assistant. The team is based in an open office environment, so the ability to focus on tasks while answering calls and handling queries is essential. Your duties will be varied, involving working with staff, students, and external stakeholders, making excellent customer service skills vital.

You will be responsible for managing incoming curriculum applications for the upcoming academic year and current short courses. Other processes include the daily running of reception, administration, timetabling, student enrolment, student records, and exams. Experience of working to tight deadlines with accuracy is essential.
