Job summary
Are you ready to use your Solution Analyst skills in a way that makes a positive impact on people's lives? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to become a member of our DIT team within the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
Your role will help mature our architectural capability, establishing best practice guidance, providing hands‑on support, upskilling and mentorship to our technical teams, conducting analysis and impact assessments. Acting as a key liaison between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, you'll translate complex digital concepts into accessible language and ensure seamless communication.
Main duties
Play a key role in the Projects and Programmes Team within Digital Solutions, undertaking impact assessments for new requests for work and supporting delivery of DIT Projects. Analyse technical requirements to deliver effective IT solutions in collaboration with DIT Partners and the wider trust, in line with Trust's information strategy.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary workforce providing digital solutions, building effective relationships with colleagues in DIT and across the Trust.

Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent higher education
* Architecture Certification
* ITIL (desirable)
* Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent (desirable)
Experience

* Describe the processes and methodologies you applied and how they contributed to positive outcomes.
* Provide an example of when you have presented highly complex information and strategic plans to a diverse group of stakeholders, including both internal and external parties.
