Roles & Responsibilities:
* Conduct site visits (domestic and abroad) and perform remedial work as per customer requests and method statements
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Complete and submit site visit reports via the online system, obtaining customer approval
* Conduct risk assessments and follow safe working practices
* Report accidents, near misses, and safety concerns
* Assist production team with tasks aligned with your training and expertise
* Support IQC team with product testing and installations
* Participate in training to maintain compliance with site and legislative requirements
* Suggest improvements to plant, equipment, or processes
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Relevant carpentry, technical, or engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ, HNC, or equivalent)
* Practical experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
* Understanding of health and safety regulations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
