Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team in East Dene Primary School, Rotherham S65 2DF, on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £26,436.80 per annum and benefits package.

Monday - Friday
6:00am - 10:00am
14:00 - 18:00pm
What will you deliver?
The role expects you to be a key holder and covers all aspects of general site management including litter picking, planned and reactive building maintenance, maintenance of the external site including preparations for seasonal changes to the outside areas, porterage, security, reception and being a key link between EQUANS and the school. Occasional overtime may be required in order to deliver the services we are contractually obliged to provide.

Who are we looking for?
* A Full UK Driving Licence – Essential.
* Experience required in a trade or similar role – Essential.
* To have excellent customer service skills – Essential.
* Able to prioritise and work independently – Essential.
* Able to use own initiative - Essential.
* H&S experience in terms of manual handling and working at height – Desirable.
* To understand COSHH guidelines and colour coding – Desirable.
