About The Role
What you'll be doing:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
2. Lead a small team of 4-6 staff members, motivating them to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
3. Build rapport with customers by offering honest advice, exceeding expectations, and guiding them through their choices.
4. Work up to 45 hours per week, with any extra hours paid or taken as time off in lieu.
What you'll need - skills and experience:
1. Experience leading a small team.
2. Management experience in retail or field sales, preferably in a hard goods environment.
3. Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
4. Ability to motivate a team.
5. Practical knowledge of some or all of our product range.
6. Confident, enthusiastic, and driven team player.
7. Commitment to personal and team development.
8. Accurate with good numeracy skills and basic computer literacy.
9. Desire to succeed both individually and as a team leader.
