Legal Assistant
Founded in 2011, the South London Legal Partnership (SLLP) is the in‑house legal service for the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and the London Boroughs of Merton, Richmond upon Thames, Sutton and Wandsworth. We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our Housing Litigation Team.
Our Legal Assistants play an active part in progressing cases and providing legal support to the team lawyers on a variety of matters including tenancy management enforcement, disrepair, injunctions and anti‑social behaviour issues.
We look for individuals who are real team players, self‑motivated, flexible, and able to work to tight timescales. Some litigation experience and knowledge of local government legislation is desirable and/or can be developed.
