Working Patterns: This role is suited for individuals who are flexible and can work various shifts between Monday and Sunday. Rota schedules may be weekly or monthly depending on the team.

As part of the Tesco team, you will support retail customers with their foreign exchange needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. Your role involves building relationships, providing tailored advice, and processing foreign exchange transactions accurately.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Building relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency needs.
2. Acting as a trusted travel money advisor and promoting Travelex products.
3. Processing foreign exchange transactions efficiently and accurately.
4. Meeting procedural, operational, and customer service goals.
5. Handling online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
6. Adhering to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
* Strong numerical skills for handling cash and currencies.
* Basic IT proficiency; full training will be provided on company systems.
* Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and listen effectively.
* Motivation to succeed and make a positive impact.
Interview Process:
1. Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition or Bureau Managers.
2. Online interview including a numerical and accuracy test.
3. Visit to the bureau to meet the manager and see the working environment.
4. Job offer if successful; feedback provided if unsuccessful.
