Responsibilities
* Generate leads and convert into opportunities for sales
* Identify and qualify target clients that align with our business growth strategy, attending client visits and preparing written proposals.
* Deliver a senior level retained recruitment provision, managing client and candidate expectations throughout and providing solutions to recruitment challenges.
* Identify and approach high quality passive candidates
* Work to agreed KPIs and revenue targets
Qualifications
* Demonstrable track record providing a high value recruitment service, ideally through a retained solution
* Expertise in sourcing and building relationships with "passive" candidates
* Strong relationship building and negotiation skills, proven ability to drive pipeline revenue
* Competitive drive and determination to succeed against your KPI's and performance targets
