* Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and planning cycles
* Provide high-quality financial analysis to support strategic decisions and investments
* Partner with regional and business unit leaders to enhance reporting accuracy and cost control
* Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and business case development
* Present meaningful management information using advanced Excel and Power BI
* Deliver insightful performance analysis, including variance reporting and commentary
* Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations
* Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and board meetings
* Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and reporting tools
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning financial planning with business objectives
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
* Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; advanced Excel required, Power BI desirable
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
