Key Responsibilities
* Facility Security: Open and close facilities, ensure safety, manage keys, reconcile monies, conduct fire alarm checks.
* Customer Service: Provide professional and friendly service, handle bookings and payments, address complaints, assist with bar/café operations.
* Health & Safety: Update risk assessments, ensure safety protocols are followed, administer first aid, manage emergency procedures.
* Facility Operations: Set up equipment, coordinate 5-a-side leagues, liaise with referees, assist with events.
* Maintenance: Conduct building inspections, manage damaged equipment, perform cleaning duties, maintain outdoor areas.
* Support at The Hub: Assist with duties at The Hub during facility closures.
Essential Criteria
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 Sports and Recreation (or equivalent) and Emergency First Aid at Work certification.
* Experience: Supervisory experience in the leisure industry, facility management, and coaching/leading sporting activities.
* Skills & Knowledge: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to follow procedures, knowledge of Health & Safety and Safeguarding protocols, and ability to work independently.
* Behaviours: Responsibility, respect, recognition, and collaboration.
* Other Requirements: An Enhanced DBS check is required.
