Interim HR Advisory Manager - NHS Trust (South West London) Duration: 4-6 months Start Date: Within 4 weeks Location: South West London (Onsite 2-3 days per week) We are working in partnership with a respected NHS Trust in South West London to recruit an experienced Interim HR Advisory Manager for an initial 4-6 month assignment. Key Responsibilities: * Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations cases within the NHS. * Lead and support the resolution of Medical and Healthcare Professional Standards (MHPS) cases. * Manage and develop a dedicated HR advisory team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. * Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive HR excellence across the organisation. Essential Experience & Requirements: * Strong HR advisory experience within an NHS Trust. * Extensive knowledge of employee relations and complex case management. * Proven expertise in handling MHPS cases. * Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
