Job Description:
* Build relationships and develop referral pathways specifically for boys and young men to increase access to the service.
* Upskill professionals to recognise indicators and risk factors for boys & young men at risk of/experiencing sexual exploitation.
* Undertake one-to-one work with vulnerable children and young people, collaborating with Children's Social Care.
* Work with stakeholders to gather intelligence on CSE issues and trends.
* Use safeguarding protocols proactively to share information and protect children from harm.
* Provide educational awareness within local authorities, including placement providers, education, parents, and young people.
* Develop and maintain productive relationships with referring agencies for appropriate referrals.
* Manage caseloads, conduct assessments, and develop intervention and vulnerability plans.
* Plan and deliver interventions according to policies and procedures to meet targets.
* Create materials and activities to develop resilience and safety among young people.
* Collaborate with Local Authorities and Safeguarding Boards to establish safeguarding partnerships.
* Record all interventions and communications accurately within management systems.
* Complete monitoring reports to evaluate progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
* Extensive experience working directly with young people with support needs at levels 2-4.
* Experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating support activities with young people and carers.
* Knowledge of case management, assessment, and review processes.
* Understanding of Health and Safety and risk management procedures.
* Experience working in partnership with agencies to achieve outcomes.
* Strong understanding of Child Protection and Safeguarding procedures.
* Ability to produce high-quality reports demonstrating impact.

Additional Information:
Salary: £27,500
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Permanent
*A full driving license and access to a car are required.
*Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or anti-social hours may be needed.
*This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
