You will coach, assess and review learners to ensure they meet occupational standards on time, working closely with employers to drive retention, achievement and successful End Point Assessment outcomes.This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified industry specialist who wants to combine teaching, assessment and employer engagement within a stable and rewarding education setting.The Role:*Delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment*Managing a caseload of apprenticeship learners in the workplace*Conducting progress reviews, assessments and tracking learner achievement*Supporting learners to achieve frameworks/standards in line with funding rules*Liaising with employers to coordinate on- and off-the-job training*Designing and marking assignments with timely, constructive feedback*Supporting curriculum development and quality improvement activity*Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety and compliance standards are metThe Person:*Degree (or equivalent) within relevant occupational area*Assessor and Internal Verifier awards (or willingness to achieve within one year)*Recent industry experience within the relevant sector*Experience building positive relationships with learners and employers*Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and work-based learning*Organised, resilient and learner-focused*Confident using e-portfolio systems and digital learning technologies
