Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Operator to join our Client's manufacturing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components. (Fanuc)

Responsibilities
* Operation of CNC milling machines to produce complex parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
* Interpret technical drawings and CAD files, utilising SolidWorks and other CAD software as needed (desirable)
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
* Select appropriate tooling and fixtures for each job, ensuring precision and safety standards are met.
* Conduct grinding, deburring, and assembly tasks as required to support the team.
* Utilise hand tools and power tools for minor adjustments or repairs during production.
* Apply basic maths skills for measurements, tolerances, and calculations related to machining processes.
* Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations within the workshop environment.
Experience
* Proven experience in CNC milling operations or related manufacturing roles. (Setting and Operating)
* Experience of Mazak Controls useful but full training will be provided.
* Knowledge of tooling selection, setup procedures, and machine calibration.
* Basic understanding of manufacturing principles
