The Role

We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to work with Valentina and the team at our store in West Quay Shopping Centre, Southampton.
This is an 8-hour per week contract (overtime available). Candidates must be flexible to work weekends and some weekday evenings. Please confirm your full availability in your application.
What you will be doing
As a Sales Assistant at CT, you will offer exceptional customer service, maximize sales, and meet KPI targets. You will be provided with product and selling skills training to help you succeed and stay updated on store ranges and promotions. You will support your colleagues to ensure the store’s efficiency and success.
Your responsibilities include stock management tasks such as stock checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries. You will also maintain high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards, adhering to VM and Health and Safety guidelines.
What we are looking for
Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential. We value enthusiasm, drive, motivation, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Your ability to quickly build rapport with customers and deliver excellent service will determine your success in this role.
