* To be fully conversant and formally qualified in own core trade with Basic Carpentry/Plumbing/Electrical
* Work closely with Estates Management to manage the buildings infrastructure/plant and systems effectively and safely in accordance with all legislation and HTM and HBN guidance.
* Specialist expertise in a core professional trade - plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
* Undertake fault finding on complex systems and equipment using cause effect analysis and detailed examination to determine a solution.

* Follow all planned maintenance schedules and carry out planned preventative maintenance inspections and commissioning tests in accordance with the required schedule.
