We’re excited to be partnering with one of the most respected PR and communications agencies in Leeds, who are looking for a proactive and organised Account Executive who’s ready to take the next step in their communications career! This is a brilliant opportunity to learn from an experienced PR team while working across a range of clients and campaigns globally.
You’ll support several account teams, helping to deliver high-quality work across content, media relations, research, social media, and day-to-day account coordination. The PR Account Executive will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be naturally curious, and enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues and clients.
We’re looking for someone who excels in written and verbal communication, brings strong attention to detail, and feels confident working with colleagues, clients and media contacts. You’ll be highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks, and work collaboratively to build positive working relationships, with a genuine interest in developing your career within B2B communications, particularly in tech or innovation-led sectors.
What You’ll Be Doing...
Account & Content Support
You’ll play an active role across multiple accounts, supporting with tasks such as:
* Research to support campaigns, proposals, and client activity
* Creating written content, including social posts, blogs, newsletters, press materials and website copy
* Helping to manage and monitor social channels
* Providing admin support around events, conferences and client activities
* Coordinating internal and client meetings, taking notes and following up on actions
* Supporting account organisation - agendas, summaries, inbox management and general task coordination
* Assisting with digital assets such as webinars, podcasts and online content
* Preparing monthly reports and gathering campaign results
* Supporting with occasional marketing or website updates when required
Media & Analyst Relations
(Training provided)
* Build and maintain up-to-date media and analyst lists
* Conduct targeted outreach to secure coverage for client campaigns and stories
* Develop professional relationships with key journalists and analysts through consistent communication
* Arrange interviews, briefings and media opportunities
* Track, record and share media coverage with clients
* Monitor industry news and flag relevant opportunities for clients to react or contribute
