The Role

Reporting to the Chair of Trustees and CEO you will:

* Provide high‑quality clerking and governance support to the Board, Committees and Members.
* Ensure effective governance processes, compliance and statutory requirements are met.
* Coordinate governance cycles, agendas and high‑quality Board papers and accurate minutes with tracked actions.
* Maintain statutory records and manage regulatory returns, while supporting Trustee recruitment, induction, and development.
* Promote effective governance across the Trust, including communication, committee support, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual who embodies and champions our Trust values in all aspects of governance support. You will bring strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach, managing competing priorities and deadlines with ease, with a proactive and solution‑focused attitude. You have relevant experience and are a confident communicator who builds effective relationships with senior stakeholders, successfully supporting meetings, committees, and other governance processes.

In this role, you will act with integrity, discretion, and professionalism, and will uphold our core values by:
