The successful QA Manager will have worked within food manufacturing before, have BRC, GMP and ideally CCP experience / understanding. The successful QA Manager will be managing two individuals and will be confident in continually reviewing and improving processes and procedures and delivering training to relevant managers where applicable. The key duties for this QA Manager are: Developing and managing Quality Procedures and Policies Training staff against Quality Procedures and Policies Supporting internal and external auditing processes Ensuring compliance with customer specific requirements and BRCGS Controlling non-conformances including root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions Lab testing as and when required The key skills / experience required for this QA Manager are: Previous QA experience within food manufacturing BRC system, audit and compliance knowledge Working to GMP standards and GMS A commitment to food safety Candidates who have worked within Technical Compliance, Compliance Manager, QA, Quality Assurance, Technical System would be of interest.
