About the Role As Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and regulatory compliance of the home. Building positive relationships with residents, families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals. Driving continuous quality improvement and clinical excellence. Essential Requirements Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager, Registered Manager, Home Manager, or Care Home Manager. Proven experience managing a nursing home environment. Strong knowledge of dementia care and elderly care services. Experience achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong understanding of care home regulations and compliance. Desirable Requirements Active NMC Pin (RGN or RMN). NVQ Level 5 Leadership for Health and Social Care.
