As a Project Manager at Atech you'll oversee the successful delivery of projects for our customers. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating Microsoft Cloud projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard. Key Responsibilities: Develop project plans with the team, including timelines, budgeting and resource allocation, and track progress against the plan. Lead and coordinate internal resources, the customer, and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects. Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans to minimise project impact. Taking accountability, assessing situations and making critical decisions when faced with complex demands and issues that can, and will, arise throughout the project life cycle. Work closely with the Technical Services and Security teams to onboard customers to Atech's Managed Services. Peer review documentation that the team produces ensuring that it is issued to the customer in line with the required standard. Continuously improve project delivery by feeding ideas into the PMO Manager, ensuring the organisation is following industry best practices and identifying ways to improve efficiency and processes. Innovate, standardise and adopt best practises that benefit project delivery or Atech. Are PRINCE2 APM Project Management Qualification or PMI Project Management Professional Qualification. Have previous experience in IT Project Management in either a Consutancy or MSP environment Have solid experience in project management within the technology industry, with a preference for Microsoft stack. Have an execellent understanding of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Security. Can demonstrate the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans to minimise or mitigate project impact. Have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects. Have a deep understanding of relevant technologies, methodologies, and industry practices related to the project domain. Can demonstrate strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
