The ROLE OF DEPUTY STORE MANAGER
The role of Deputy Store Manager within Mamas & Papas is to be a key ambassador in creating magical moments for customers and the community of new and expectant parents. We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join the Lisburn store. As Deputy Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, store experience and achieving store KPI's, and you will manage a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants, motivating, inspiring and developing the team and leading by example. This is an opportunity for an experienced Supervisor, Deputy or Assistant Manager to work in an environment that truly puts the customer first.

Responsibilities
* Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, store experience and achieving store KPI's.
* Manage a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants within the store; motivate, inspire and develop this team, always willing to lead by example.
* Support in creating magical moments for our customers and their families and ensuring the customer-first ethos is upheld.
* Lead by example and contribute to a positive, collaborative store environment.
Qualifications / Experience
* Experienced in retail leadership as a Supervisor, Deputy or Assistant Manager (as referenced in the job description).
* Ability to inspire retail teams and deliver excellent customer service.
