We are now seeking to appoint four inspirational Directors to our senior leadership team who will report to and support the Chief Executive in delivery of our ambitious plans and help shape a bright future for the Borough and our residents. We want visionary leaders who can help reshape the Council to meet the areas future needs and leaders will manage strong, collaborative senior teams that will drive a positive organisational culture rooted in shared values and behaviours. Successful candidates will create an environment where staff are motivated to deliver high-quality services and guide strategic decision-making - ensuring that Council remains responsive and effective in meeting the needs of its residents.
