J&I Cleaning Services is looking for a new member to join our office team as an office administrator.
The candidate’s duties will include the following;
* Preparing quotations for clients from notes which our surveyors have taken during their visit to the clients premises. These quotations are to be prepared on an existing template which is provided.
* Reviewing and preparing post clean reports for clients after they have had a cleaning service carried out by one of our teams.
* Attending client's sites and carrying out quotations if required - training will be provided.
* Keeping close contact with our surveyors and ensuring all information they have noted about a clients premises is included in the quotation and passed onto the operations team.
* Communicating and maintaining the relationship with our clients.
* Carrying out general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, updating our client database, maintaining email correspondence and keeping up to date with book keeping tasks.
The candidate needs to know fluent POLISH and ENGLISH (spoken and written). Candidates MUST LIVE IN HARROW (or surrounding areas) and have a DRIVING LICENSE.
