The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Solicitor (8+ PQE) to join at Senior Associate or Partner level.
You will play a key role within the construction team, working closely with senior leadership to develop and expand the practice, while handling a high-quality and varied caseload.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction matters
* Handle disputes including arbitration, adjudication and litigation
* Advise on non-contentious matters such as JCT and commercial construction contracts
* Work on complex, high-value projects and disputes
* Support and develop junior team members
* Contribute to business development and client growth
* Collaborate closely with partners and other departments
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE in construction law
* Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious work
* Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
* Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
* Demonstrable business development experience or existing client following
* Leadership experience or a desire to step into a leadership role
