Our client based in Wakefield WF4 is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
This could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Position: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9.00am - 5.00pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the UK Product Manager with administration related to product complaints.
* Manage inbound calls, including NHS & consumer calls.
* Process orders involving shipment from UK3 warehouse.
* Manage existing customers' operational issues effectively.
* Investigate and respond to queries promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate call logs in Attends CRM systems.
* Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
* Handle customer returns and refunds.
* Provide admin support for the UK Warehouse Team Leader and Office Manager as needed.
* Log weekly KPIs.
* Manage live chat communications.
* Ensure all incoming customer communications are answered or directed appropriately and promptly.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Customer Service environment preferred.
* Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
* IT literacy (Word, Excel, email).
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
