Sales Administrator – Location: Near Watton | Salary: £28,000 per annum
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our client’s small, friendly team within an industrial environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy office setting, enjoys working with numbers and data, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Inputting customer orders accurately into the system
* Managing customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
* Processing data using Sage 50 and Excel
* Ensuring accuracy when working product/item numbers
* Liaising with production and customers, to support smooth order processing and delivery
* Maintaining records and assisting with general administrative tasks
Requirements
* Previous administration experience (sales admin experience desirable)
* Proficient in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excelpreffered
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A positive, team-player attitude with the ability to multitask
Hours & Benefits
* 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday
* Early finish on Fridays
