Core Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Management Accountant will play a key role in shaping and developing cinch's Financial Reporting capabilities, processes, procedures, and control. This is an opportunity to develop a best-in-class finance function to support a growing business. Responsibilities include:
* Producing efficient, timely, and accurate internal financial reports
* Preparing and posting month-end journals
* Conducting general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
* Participating in ad-hoc projects
* Assisting with internal and external audits

Candidate Profile
* Appropriate qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* Background in financial and management reporting
* Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
* Strong, current technical skills
* Experience with inventory is desirable
* Experience in improving financial and operational processes
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Articulate, persuasive, confident, with sound intellect; a self-starter who combines professional rigor with practical business sense
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision (preferred but not essential)
