Your role will be crucial in helping individuals maintain independence within their community. What the Job Involves This temporary role involves assessing and making recommendations for customers aged 18 and over with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, or physical frailty. You will conduct manual handling assessments, recommend appropriate equipment and adaptations, and work toward reducing the OT waiting list. The position requires both independent work and collaboration with management, focusing on effectively managing time and priorities in response to competing demands. The role offers flexibility for remote work, with the option to carry out face-to-face visits if necessary.
