This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move beyond a single service and gain exposure across multiple elderly care homes, supporting Home Managers and senior leadership teams during periods of change, challenge, and operational need. As a Care Performance Manager, you will work across the group to support quality, compliance, and operational performance, helping to strengthen services and improve outcomes for residents.
