About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
QA Manager
to lead our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies, managing QA resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet both functional and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers and testers.
* Define and maintain QA standards, processes, and best practices
* Develop and execute test strategies for manual and automated testing
* Review test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks.
* Oversee regression, integration, system, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Manage test environments and ensure proper configuration.
* Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or management role.
* Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
* Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
* Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git.)
