Start Date: ASAP Location: Shrewsbury Pay: £90-£100 per day Protocol Education is working in partnership with a well-established SEND school in Shrewsbury to recruit a dedicated Artistic Youth Worker. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in the arts, drama, or creative therapy to bring their skills into a purposeful and rewarding setting. The school takes a holistic approach to learning, supporting pupils with complex needs including autism, SEMH, and behavioural challenges. All students have an EHCP, and the school provides a calm, structured environment with individualised support plans in place. The Role: As an Artistic Youth Worker, you’ll work both 1:1 and within classroom groups to support student development through creativity. You’ll help pupils engage with learning, express themselves, and build confidence using artistic and sensory-based approaches.
